How hard is it to start a business in the U.S.A.?

Pretty hard, apparently, at least when compared with other nations. This piece takes a look at the critical factors.

It just has to be discouraging for young folks to try to strike out on their own. Here in California is even worse.

Twaddle. The author cites government regulations as being a reason for how hard it is to start a business, uses Dodd-Frank as an example. To you what, it should be hard to start a bank. The whole article is rife with such foolishness.
