In a continuing effort to try to jump-start the offense of Ryan Ludwick, Padres manager Bud Black slid the outfielder down to seventh in the batting order for the first time this season for Sunday's series finale against the Giants at PETCO Park. Where is the guy we traded for? Right on queue, 2-3 with a walk and 2 out hit for an RBI.

Went to the game tonight, Ludwick crushed another ball that would have been out of the park if it were hit pretty much any place other than dead center. I wonder how many potential home runs of his have been swallowed up by Petco since we have gotten him. I wish he didn't hit to center field so often.
