Nice loss to open the season Poway! You guys are on your way down. You guys will be in a fight to make the playoffs this year. Texans and Titans will be right there with you to make the playoffs. And of course I hope you don't make it in. ;D

Some guy drafted him 2 picks ahead of me in the 4th round. I was really bummed.

Yes. The Colts stunk it up, specifically the defense. Manning had 433 yards passing and three TD passes. Add in some dropped balls by Garcon and Collie's fumble on Houston's 10-yard-line and his stats would have been even better. The defense gave up 250+ yards rushing and was pathetic. Bob "glass" Sanders is already hurt again. I'm especially disappointed because I'm going to next weeks game against the Giants. My first trip to Lucas Oil Stadium and first Colt home game since 2003. Hopefully the Colts will do better.

I hate the colts too but they seemed to be ready to dominate from what I've seen from them in the preseason. But of course pre-season never matters and the Texans historically always play the colts tough.

Well. Well. Well. ;D This is the bad karma that results from hating on the Colts. The best thing about this is it will shut everyone up about the Colts loss. Tsk. Tsk. Don't mess with the horseshoe. Hopefully both teams will do better next week and win.

I know Tom like to keep up with Indy. That's why he started this thread. Week 3 is in the books and the "shoe" is 2-1. They beat Denver, 27-13, but it was closer than the score indicates. Kyle Orton threw for 476 yards as the Colt defense was powerless to stop him. But they're the Broncos so they only scored 13 points despite moving the ball at will. A wins a win though so I'm happy. Hey Tom, how did the Chargers do? Just askin'.

Well Colt fans, week 4 is in the books and OMG our defense sucks!!! Peyton was awesome as usual. His first interception of the season was right in the receiver's hands and he flipped it up in the air. Not Peyton's fault. Wayne also fumbled inside the Jax 20. What a train wreck. Jax took a 28-21 with two minutes left but Peyton drove downfield and tied it with 48 seconds left. Too much time for the crappy defense. Jax wins it on the last play by kicking a 59-yard field goal. WTF!!! I want to vomit. That kick came within five minutes of the Padres being eliminated. What a horrible day. Oh well. We'll try to beat Kansas City for you next week.

COLT UPDATE for Tom... This week the defense stepped up and the offense struggled. It was an ugly win but after watching the Charger meltdown I know it could be worse. Peyton is still king...even on subpar days like today. Bow to him. 19-9 is an odd score. Next time I'm in a Super Bowl pool where you draw numbers and I get the dreaded 9-9 square I'll think of this game. Colts start the season over as all four teams in the AFC South are 3-2. Next week it's Sunday night at Wahington on NBC. Prime time Colts. There's still time to hop on the bandwagon.

Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. You might want to consider jumping on the Colts bandwagon after that Charger performance. Of course the Colts still look a bit off but at least they're 4-2. First time I've ever seen the Colts in HD. Got the new TV last Friday and it's pretty cool. Peyton looked so sharp I could almost kiss him.......almost, I said, ;D but my man crush is still in tact. He made a crucial fumble but we all blame Ryan Diem for not blocking the guy. Peyton never does anything wrong. Three lost fumbles tried my nerves but the Shoe still won. Next game is a big one, home to Houston, Monday night, November 1 after the bye week. In the mean time I expect the Chargers to help us out by beating Tennesse and Houston after we bang them up for you. Go Chargers.

The U.S.S. Colts has sprung some leaks. TE Dallas Clark is out for the year. Put on IR today. WR Austin Collie is out at least two weeks. RB Joseph Addai is day to day with a bad shoulder. RB Donald Brown and WR Anthony Gonzalez may or may not be back for next week's big game with Houston. ...and out idiot punter, Pat McAfee, is suspended for one game after being arrested for taking a 5:00 a.m. swim in a local canal while drunk. (.15 alcohol level) He approached some lady in a car soaking wet. She sped off and called police. Nice going Pat..........JERK! Peyton.....save us!!!

Hey Tom. Did you watch the Monday Nighter? This game just strengthens my man crush on Peyton. Fourth string RB, third string TE and they still win a huge game against Houston. Colts now in first place for the first time this year. AFC South is a very tough division. I also want to thank the Chargers for helping us out by finally getting their act together and beating Tennessee. Houston has a short week this week so I expect the Bolts to help us again by winning in Houston next Sunday. After all, the Chargers have done so well on the road this year. ;D Bow to Peyton.
