What does Virgina fear from Military at the polls? starturl.com/lcaulThey say they can send out ballets the day before the election and don't have to count them after the election. If you believe in one man and one vote does this disturb you?

The Republicans annoy and disappoint me. The Democrats turn my stomach. I'd like to see one prominent Democrat try to explain how all this is just fine and dandy. None will make the attempt since they know full well that this is totally corrupt and unfair.
We should be happy, I suppose, that the Democrats have not (yet, anyway) formed Brown Shirt squads with batons and helmets to "police" the polling places.
If there were any way they could get away with it, at least a segment of the Democrats would use open violence to get their people elected. The Democratic Party, if that group had its way, would try openly to seize fascist control of this country.
Perhaps I am being naive to assume that they are not now in the process of doing just that.

Does this bother me? Yes. Is it some conspiracy by the Democrats to shut out the Republicans? No. The article sure tries to make it sound so though. The Virginia State Board of Elections argued in their most recent filing that they have no legal obligation to send out military absentee ballots in a timely manner. Restated, the State of Virginia has argued in a federal court filing that they can legally send out absentee ballots to active duty soldiers the day before an election. Restated again, the Democratic Chairwoman of the Virginia State Board of Election (appointed by the Democratic National Committee Chair Tim Kaine, in his capacity as Virginia Governor) Jean Cunningham just claimed a legal basis for massively raising the barrier to voting for soldiers at war

Don't you think that under any circumstance that Soldiers have the right to vote and have that vote counted regardless?

I believe I said that in my first sentence. OK, then explain your second sentence. I thnk the quoted paragraph is the explanation. "Restated.." "Restated.." "Restated.."
