The guy is an idiot. What does he want us to do? Invade Egypt, Lybia, and Iran?
He needs to worry about his own government and it's actions first.

Con Coughlin, the Telegraph's executive foreign editor, is a world-renowned expert on the Middle East and Islamic terrorism. He is the author of several critically acclaimed books. His new book, Khomeini's Ghost, is published by Macmillan. If there has to be an idiot here, he is in your mirror.

Yes he has been posted to the middle east and has written extensively about it. He has also been caught on a number of occasions making things up. He and his newspaper have been sued, and lost, because of his shoddy journalistic methods. And BTW, his 'new book' is over three years old. I didn't realize that I have a 'snow white' mirror. You need to cover up when you shave. ;D

You should proclaim that he is a hero for the West. I think I said "if" there is an idiot. You just confirmed it by your limited reading comprehension.

Quote for the "Three days in advance" please. Why do you need a link? Wasn't on MSNBC or Media Matters? Here is one of many links: xrl.us/bnqnx7It was also on a couple TV channels.

A Libyan official warned who? Security officials? The ambassador? Embassy officials? The CIA? The army?
I somehow doubt that the president or white house were aware that any warning had been given. Warnings about possible threats are given all of the time. Libya is a very fluid environment. Who knows who he told and what they did with the information. We'll probably know sometime later.

Quote for the "Three days in advance" please. President of Libya(Megaref sp?) warned Americans per an interview on NPR radio. Also saw news in Independant UK and on various tv stattions last night. It has been around. True. I don't know. But I did say more to follow.
