$12,000 per month rent? In Lemon Grove?
They must have upgraded that area since I lived in SD.

The guy, Michael T. Pines, is a real wack job. His law license has been suspended and his bail in another case was just revoked because of this incident. He is the guy that instructed his clients to break into their foreclosed homes. If you are a landlord that needs to forclose then you use a lawyer that does NOTHING ELSE but that type of work.

Pines, who isn't really an attorney anymore because his license has been suspended by the State Bar. (Note: there are two attorneys in town named Michael Pines; I imagine much to the chagrin of the other one). Anyway, a quick Google search will reveal that Michael T. Pines is notorious for his antics. As for landlord/tenant law, I love the movie Pacific Heights with Michael Keaton. EDIT: I see AlwaysAnAztec beat me to it on the Michael Pines info.

I did 5 of the longest years of my life in Kirkland, WA. Where they are the most insecure folks (hate Cali's because most of them are uneducated and work for CA expatriot).
"Did you see the mountain" (a common question/stab at humor because you NEVER DO!).
Glad you love WA so much troll. Stay there.

I don't need a huge house with beachfront and all that fake/surface living to be satisfied. Living in a 2/3 bedroom townhouse in Europe somewhere for the rest of my life after getting married would be perfectly fine with me.

I hear the rent is cheap and you can live like a king on a dollar and 83 cents American
