This is an out of the box recruiting think that puts Washington at the head of the class. Reminds me of our 6'1" center in the 8th grade, Class of 59, he was unstoppable. I went to Jesuit high school, he to public high. Didn't run into him until I was in my 20's. I walked up to him and said "Aaron, you didn't grow an inch." He said yes he didn't. Wonder if the scholarship is still there for a 5'11" HS QB in 4 years? When I was in the 8th grade, the dunce was made to sit in front of the class. Dust off that chair Sarkisian and sit there until high school is out in 2016. Wonder if the next coach will honor the 8th grader's offer after the coach has left for the pro's?

My daughter just turned 1 last week and she throws her toys all the way across the room! I am expecting softball coaches across the country to show up on my doorstep any day now....

I think I saw Coach White at a youth flag football game. He was looking for linemen.

Damon Bailey...
Google search will show many 8th grade BB offers, Mishigan State, IU and others. Don't know if I have heard in any other area.

It is very possible Coach Sarkesian won't even be at Univ. of Washington by the time this kid graduates from HS. That's the nature of College Football.

From the comment section, Steve Sarkisian passed Tate a note in class asking whether he "like liked" Washington or just liked them.

From the comment section, Steve Sarkisian passed Tate a note in class asking whether he "like liked" Washington or just liked them. I heard the kid had to circle one and give it back before the end of class...he then proceeded to write the scholarship offer on lined paper in permanent crayon.

I can top that one.
I used to coach girls basketball. I met a lady who was 6'4" and pregnant. She said she was having a girl. When I found out the lady's husband was 7'1" I immediately started recruiting her daughter for my team. LOL.

I'm pretty sure it's against the rules for colleges to accept commits from anyone under 11th grade.

I have verbally committed to Megan Fox, but she has yet to accept my offer and is therefore under no contractual obligation (unless I can somehow figure out a way to prove otherwise).

Megan Fox never offered you anything to verbally commit to.
