ASAP and don't have to sit out. They can play immediately this season as long as their grades qualify. The Aztecs should try to grab a player. What do you guys think?

big questions is, do they count against the current scholarship limit? Most teams are already maxed out. If i remember correctly, the USC players who transferred did not count against a teams cap.

Why would any PSU player transfer to SDSU? More than likely those that transfer will be heading to other Big 10 schools.

Because the new reporter at the UT came from Pen State and she will likely report you big ten style. And, you'll actually get to touch a real live palm tree for the first time in your frozen, middle eastern U.S., dark lives. HAM Tax/TH PL

Very unlikely that a recruit comes this far west IMO.

You know, PSU could choose to approach the BE about becoming a member. Not at our expense (lol). It would beat becoming irrelevant/perennial 1-3 game winners over the next decade, playing the vastly superior competition of the B1G with 20 fewer scholarship slots per year (65 vs. 85). You never know. Better chance of that happening that they gave SDSU to the BE becoming a reality.

Feldman (the link I posted) said if any scholarship players leaves, PSU may not replace his scholarship with another player. That hurts too.

Think these players will be approached by schools that lost out to PSU in the original recruiting scenario.

Even though it is swaying on the highly unlikely side of things...you never know, a player might feel SDSU is a good fit after all the stuff that went down at Penn State...I mean, it has happened before where we got a Big 10 transfer. Remember DE Ryan Williams in 2007 or 2008 from Ohio State? Granted the dude had concussion problems and didnt play much, but if he didnt get injured so much, we had a SOLID 4 star Big 10 athelete transfer here. It was because he was from Orange County. Maybe a California kid who went to Penn State might wanna come back to a team on the rise and get quality playing time. I wont rule it out.
