It would great for the program if Gwynn could at least get both Saylor and Munoz!!!!
Ruben Meza #SDSU commit Joe Munoz was drafted 90th overall: "I need to talk to my parents and discuss everything ... that decision will come later." Expand Reply Delete Favorite

In some ways, our "reasonable tuition" may hurt us. Nearly all high school guys have a clause that if they wash out the pro team will pay college tuition. Private school tuition x 4 years = $100,000+. SDSU, not nearly as big of a gamble. It's all about negotiations.

If I were a commit to SDSU baseball I would run not walk to anywhere else! The SDSU Baseball Program is a laughing stock amoung scouts and players who talk to there local scouts and personal coaches. Word is out this is a negitive program. A very talented local decommitted months ago to go to UCR and the way Smith was handled and booted, after Black & Hayes last in after the 2011 season, why on eather would anyone come to SDSU to play baseball. JC's are a better choice then State.
