Getting Josh Hart to come across the country to play on the Mesa would be a huge get for our program. According to his Rivals interview I just listened to we were the 1st team he mentioned. And for sure in his top 5. He also has 13 offers. He also gave props to Tony Bland as the reason we are so interesting. Tony is doing a great job. Does anyone know how an official visit comes about? Does the recruit visiting have to pay all his expenses for a cross country visit? I am guessing yes but one of you will know for sure.

Man, this PUMPED me up.
Not to give anything away from the article, but he specifically dropped Shepard's name. And yes, Tony Bland is working hard for us.
GO AZTECS!

He must have forgot to say NC State in the interview because he's already been on two visits there.

Everything I've read about him says he's a team player...a glue guy. With the influx of talent we have and will get in the future, this is the type of guy we need.

It is great to hear that we are able to get some recruiting in the very important area of the East Coast. UNLV and UCLA have been making connections there. Is Tim shelton allowed to help with the recruiting now. A lot has been put on the shoulders of Coach Bland. What type of contributions do M.Fisher and Dutcher make in the recruiting.

Where are those guys that said that heading to the Big West was going to really hurt our recruiting?
(Were they the same guys that said losing Justin Hutson would also kill BB recruiting?)

I'll fess up, I was in the latter category. Oops. I hoped we'd sign Mr. "#Blanding" on as an asst coach, but I had no idea how much of an incredibly positive impact he'd have. And adding TES as a graduate assistant... this is one HECK of a coaching staff.

To be fair, he hasn't signed. He could love Tony Bland and for that reason he's giving him a lot of respect and at the end of the day he could decide not to sign because he doesn't want to play in the Big West. I'm not saying that will happen, but let's not count our chickens yet. I'm not sure either way, but a fair amount of skepticism is still appropriate. This will be our first recruiting class that knows they'll play in the Big West.

I think the best sdsu can do now is probably Roshawn Prince.

not saying it's a bad thing I think prince is the only top 100 player we can get in this class and i doubt we get anymore when sdsu moves to the big west next year
