Hamilton responded quicker than expected and is interested in doing a profile. Hope to have something up in the next 2-3 days.

After Rahon/Tapley graduate next year(and possibly Jamaal to the draft) there will be a serious need for a great shooter or two. Shrigs can shoot the ball, but besides that we will be stacked with bigs/wings/and two senior PG's in X,LB. Sure could Isaac from the perimeter!

Wouldn't hold yourbreath for Isaac Yea, I realize that. Thats why i'm interested in seeing what he says in the profile. If not him, we definitely have a need for a pure shooter or two. The team in 2013 should be very solid in all aspects minus maybe SG.

Once Rahon/Tapley graduate and JF(possibility of going NBA) it would leave only Shrigley as a SG type. Even then, he is a solid all around SG/SF type and not a lights out 3 guy. We'll definitely have a need for one of those IMO

Shrigley seems to get discounted by a lot of people on here, but Im not one of those guys. I think he's going to be a stud. Just would love to get a lights out shooter or two in that class. Especially if JF goes early. We'd be uber thin at SG then.

If Hamilton happens to mention SDSU I'll certainly include the info, but I try to keep these deals separate from my loyalties as an Aztec fan. That being said, the pieces tend to profile recruits whom have displayed interest in the program.

Most likely we'll see a "small" and "big" version of line-ups. To a man everyone on next year's roster will be able to fill 2,3, and in Shepard's case, possibly even 4 spots on the court. I expect the team to reintroduce its Press defense and make a living off putbacks and breakouts. Should make for a very exciting season.

We have a really good shot at 3 pretty highly regarded recruits imo in 2013 (Dakari Allen/Roschon Prince/Brandon Randolph) Randolph is an interesting prospect at his size and him not being a true PG will make schools pause but he is a terrific shooter with a quick release and pretty athletic.

I would gladly take those three guys, but I too have my own hesitations as to whether or not Randolph can be an effective PG at this level. He is a great player though, have seen him play a couple of times this year. I have not seen Marc Rodgers play, yet, and I think he transferred onto the same team as Randolph (St Bernards) after Christmas. He is another PG we have been looking at. I saw Randolph at the TP Tournament before they were teammates. As for Dakarai, he would pretty much be a guarantee for us. He likes our school, is best friends with Malik Thames, knows X and Chase very well. We are pretty much his favorite (as of late December, according to his father). Roschon would be an awesome recruit. Kid has great energy, can pretty much do it all, physically developed as well. Anyone know if we are a player at all in Chance Murray's recruitment? He is very legit and has offers from UNLV and numerous PAC 12 teams. I think he is one of the best combo guards in CA for 2013. Current teammate of Spencer at Price HS. As for Isaac... it was crazy that we were even in the running for him, he visited multiple times and enjoyed himself - but things seem to have really cooled on that front. For a second, we were all fooled into thinking we were a favorite. Kid has a good chance at being a McDonalds AA, and will probably end up at a powerhouse. Yea, I realize that. Murray has always had his eyes on PAC 12 I was told, he likes Cal a lot. Also I wouldn't consider Dakarai a guarentee yet, he really likes Colorado too.

Dakari Allen was getting a lot of run during and right after the Christmas tourney, but haven't heard much regarding him over the past couple. On the PG side, my understanding is Brandon Randolph has been the main target, and to a lesser extent, Trey Dickerson. Haven't read/heard much at all concerning Murray. Prince may be the next Winston-type target/land. Has Fisher's style written all over him, and as a bonus, may come as a package with Defensive whiz Jordan Bell.

How tall is Spencer now? I have read he is closer to 6'11" than his listed 6'9" Skylar is saying he's now 6'11. A recent article breaking down the State Championships had him listed at 6'8. Scouts this year mentioned he looked taller than last year. I'm leaning towards Skylar's mark of 6'11.
