I thought Rocky wasn't into JUCO players that much? He said he wasn't right?
Anyway, I will make the short trip to the Valley from Pasadena and take a that says, " (players' nos.), you guys already look good in red and black, keep looking good at SDSU!"

I thought Rocky wasn't into JUCO players that much? He said he wasn't right? Rocky is into JUCO player if they are difference makers. If a HS and a Juco player are equal (or close) then Rocky will take the HS player. IMO

Speed, athleticism and durability will be crucial factors for these guys to make Rocky's squad. I like the size of the DT's (but are they athletic enough to handle the 3-3-5?) and TE Sandland's 4.6 time at 6 ft 6, 250 lbs is very enticing.

Idk if it's true with any of the players above, but another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of juco prospects still have 4 years to play 3 seasons. Aaron Boesch is an example. Sometimes it's like a prep school move for these guys.

Seems to me that "stashing" went out years ago. How do you do that when the stashee also has offers from big 12 and pac 12? If they don't, they might not be worth having. All JUCOs come with some history, usually not positive. JUCO kids today are very sophisticated, with lots of information and act like baseball free agents looking for the best deal.

You just have to be selective , with each Juco player and team you look at. Do your homework for each player both on and off the field ,as others schools have done. Has worked for USC and others.

Is this the rule: If they qualify out of HS they can transfer without getting an AA (so if after 1 year they'd have 4 to play 3) IF they don't qualify out of HS they need an AA?

The SEC schools "stash" people all of the time.
