It would be great to get him, but appears he is from Texas, so the Texas schools probably have the best shot?

Solid one cut runner with a bit of a burst. Runs down hill. Not much of a tackle breaker as first guy to touch him usually brings him down.
If he's interested in coming here I'd take him.

Maybe that was more of an incentive for Rocky on letting Baxter go? Why waste your time (and the teams) when you can go after someone else that's proven?

Not wowed by his film but doesn't mean he couldn't be a solid running back. We are going to be the main option for Pac12 transfers now that we are in the Big East.

Interesting point as Pac-12 "fanboy" recruits are looking for BCS alternatives nearby. Especially when the hype gets stale and playing time dries up. Oldie Out

Why not? From viewing the fist clip, he appears inconsistent with his quickness and plowing. But, all in all I think he'd be a good addition. I thing I did notice that he's work-horse. If he's got the work ethic, bring him on.
