The tenor of his comments reflects Brady's thoughts on Southern California recruiting. That he is trying to establish another option for So Cal kids that want to stay in the area. Before Brady they were limited to USC and UCLA, otherwise they'd have to leave So Cal and the ability to see their family/etc. By building a solid program at San Diego State Brady hopes to provide the kids that want to leave home, while staying in So Cal, another viable option. An effective pitch and approach. Sensible. The Fred Noonan School of Navigation.

There are no other So Cal schools, nor have there been. Maybe this time it will happen. The Fred Noonan School of Navigation.
