Fareed makes some good points but the political overtones make some of what he offers and the way he does it suspect. He gives Obama credit for political leadership where in fact he does nothing on his own initiative.

Iran is really weak in a military sense, but that does not mean that an act of terror is not in the offing.

Well $#!+, Pooh, I didn't realize a Chief Warrant Officer who's been retired for 40 years and who spends most of his time playing golf is actually capable of commenting on leadership or foreign policy.
