I hope anyone who attends a camp session will share what they observed, but I'm sure we can't be too specific on sharing what we see. Can anyone in the know share w/ us what is appropriate on what to report and not to report?

Don't talk about formations or plays.

So if Borges puts them in the Wishbone with Brown and Sampson at SE, Umuolo at FB, Hillman and Ruffin at the Pitchbacks we have to keep that quiet?

Yes, but when they trot out against Mizzou with sullivan behind center, kazee and hillman at tight wings and both run corners while brown and sampson run streaks and one of the backs walks into the endzone you can be excited like you haven't already seen in

Don't wear a blue shirt with a Y on it while holding your video camera.

Too bad Preston King has his physical issue because he could be the triggerman in such a formation. You can pull Lindley and put in the more mobile Ryne Clark, have Sullivan at FB and Hillman and Kazee at RB. So if Borges puts them in the Wishbone with Brown and Sampson at SE, Umuolo at FB, Hillman and Ruffin at the Pitchbacks we have to keep that quiet? Sounds like a winning combination dshawfan.

King was going to be the "utility" guy in gadget plays, that would be my guess.
Too bad we lost him for awhile.

I thought the practice sessions were closed to the public. Remind me how we are supposed to get past the guards.

They are officially closed but as said on here many times, if you want to go to practice, check in with them and don't get in the way or draw attention to yourself and you will be allowed in.

What's the problem with King? I believe it may be a non football health issue Certainly sounds like that's the case and sounds like it may be rather serious. I don't want to speculate or draw conclusions from a case that happened a long time ago, but when I was 12 or maybe early into 13, the Browns announced that Ernie Davis had a "blood disorder" and would have to sit out his rookie season. A year later, after he died, it was revealed that he had leukemia. Either way, medical science is so far advanced from what it was on 1962 that I have every hope that no matter what Preston's "health issue" is, he will be healed, come back strong and live a very full and productive life. =Bob

Does NCAA regulations require EKG's for all players prior to starting each football season? I know that high schools now require this test. Sounds like this could be something like Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW).
