Journalism that explores both sides of a story, without taking sides or putting a big slant on it, is still available. You just can't find it in any of the extremist "journalism" sources or coming from any of the extremist bloggers. I agree with just about all of that. I think there should be much more emphasis on cutting spending and go with Obama's idea of letting the Bush cuts expire for only those above the $200K or $250 K threshold until you see what the results are. You could restore those cuts if you see there is damage to the economy or if capital flees the US for better economic climate elsewhere.
