Joe Klein writes opinion pieces for Time Magazine. As such, he is a person of some importance. He is an opinion shaper for one of the country's leading magazines. Therefore, we should feel free to analyze what he says to determine whether his opinions are worth taking seriously. Peter Wehner's analysis of Klein is fairly blunt . . . Klein’s arguments are those of a simpleton..But Wehner does not throw around words like that frivolously. No, on the contrary, he is quite thorough in citing Klein's own words to make his point. www.commentarymagazine.com/blogs/index.php/wehner/337996AzWm

A rather brutal but factual whipping for Klein. I rarely read any of his offerings these days. This sentence near the end sums Klein up for me. "These days, he’s not good for much more than a rant — and even his rants have become predictable, pedestrian, banal. Witless, even."
