I have no idea how anyone on this board can defend that paper? No question the UT is the worst home-town coverage of local D1 college sports in the nation!

has become something of an issue among African-American athletes and I really don't see why you want to whine your ass off about how horrible it is that the U-T is pursuing something that's in the public domain, as every litigation is.

You continue to miss the point Bob. Maybe this article is new worthy, but it certainly should not be the only article in the Sports section about the Aztec team for the last two weeks! Why not report a little more on how the current team is progressing? Recruiting? Etc. I don't subscribe to the UT - I read it online for free. I would never pay for such a pathetic paper.
