I rose chest high to the basket, reached out and slammed the ball down the middle of the net. Then the damn janitor's ladder toppled over and I damn near broke my neck. I've never tried dunking since then.

But you were damn good putting the bags on the conveyor belt. Actually, when I worked at Lindbergh Field I grabbed bags and cargo off of a conveyor belt and x-rayed them for Uncle Sam. Regardless of whether you put them on or pull them off, it is work that gives you good exercise. Exercise is very important and I cherished the opportunity. Prior to retiring from Pacific Bell (AT&T) I worked a desk job for 17 years. I was pudgy, out of shape, short on breath if I tried to walk fast or (heaven forbid) run a block. After just a few months of moving that cargo, I could see my muscles again. Well, I never saw my stomach muscles (That was a lost cause starting about age 38 or 39, but my shoulders, chest, and arm muscles were in excellent shape. I recommend to all that if you are falling out of shape, take a part time job that pays you to exercise. It was the best thing that I ever did for my life.

Video or it didn't happen! ;D We could not afford videos back in 1963 or 4. That was when I tried my spectacular dunk that some of the guys remember to this day.
