If you are going to buy season tixs why not use them. 6K in the house tonight but 11K tix sold. What are you waiting for?

We sat in a practically empty row. But those who were there saw a good game.

Sorry.......couldn't make the game tonight, and probably can't make tomorrow's, either. Stuff happens and it couldn't be avoided.

Just be happy they're supporting the program.

I would rather have people attend the game if they paid for the ticket. I suppose we will see a lot of sold out games on paper but have the arena 1/3 empty. That is going to reduce the energy significantly compared to last year. It also means that some people that would want to be in the seats will not be able to attend unless the no shows actually try and sell their tickets.

Only had two other people in my row as well. All season ticket holders and MIA.

Felt the same way. Sad because the game is SOLD OUT. Meaning, people who want to come can't get a ticket.
Why not sell your ticket back through the ticket office. It's FREE MONEY!
I'll create a thread teaching folks how to do it...

Completely agree. Hate the "lets-all-get-on-the-bandwagon" fans that clambered for tickets when going to the game last year became the cool thing to do. So they got season tickets. How can you buy tickets and not go to the game? That's the 3rd game in a row that was almost "sold out" but had 5-6000 people missing. Unbelievable. No excuse to at least not give the tickets away.

Not sure the game was actually sold out. The attendance was listed as 11,734 which is NOT a sell out. Wasn't the magic number last year 12,250 or something like that? There were very few people in the GA last night. I was extremely disappointed in the turn out. Not going to exhibitions is understandable, but these game are for real...Not a good sign.

we were there last night, nice of the STH to buy the tickets, but if you are not going to use them , then either get them back to ticket office to resell or donate them to needy organization. There are a lot of people out there that would really appreciate them and the players could use a the sell out crowd. Last night banners night, tonight coach Fisher and Sunday Leonard night. Nice to see V Brown in the crowd and B Carlwell. Also did they fill all the student section last night

It would be great if every tocketholder went to every game. My ticket mate missed the first two games, I made them all. I am just happy that the program has sold so many seats. That means a healthy program money wise. Nonetheless bitching about stuff is the way of this board, maybe every sports board. It is much better to be bitching about season ticket holder not coming as opposed to no season tickets sold. JMO

I don't think it's ridiculous to assume that people who buy season tickets actually give a crap.

I buy season tix to financially support the program. I can't waste my time watching schools like Bryant yada yada. Would rather do something a little more fun. Honest truth

People bought those tickets to see the Jamaal Franklin show. When they heard he wasn't playing they made other plans.

Just give 'em up when you aren't going to be there so we can fill up the arena. It's lame that the reason there were only 6k last night was because people sat on their tickets. Give 'em away, sell em, just don't sit on 'em.
