This thing was a sideshow and I'm tired of hearing about hoke. This can still be a great season so time to focus on tcu.

I'm glad it's over too. Unfortunately, many Aztecs contributed to the hype.

It's really upsetting to me how poorly they performed as a unit (coaches, players, etc.) yesterday on such a crucial stage. I like Long and he can sit there all day and talk about the media "brainwashing" college football players and fans about "tough conferences," but the reality is, this was our chance to stick it to the man, while putting SDSU's FB program seriously on the map. Step one has always been beating the teams from the "tough conferences." Ask Boise and TCU.
With that said, I'm glad as hell we play TCU next, and anyone who is going into this game with fear is a damn fool. All this 3-3 talk is upsetting a as well. Many fans on here are showing their true colors after this loss. The "aztecs fight!" spirit has really escaped some of you.
Being critical of Lindley is fine but he isn't going anywhere. He's our qb. I hope this experience was a mental awakening for him and everyone else, and not let this carry over to future games. Sadly, as a fan, all I can do is hope from the sidelines. It will be up to the players and coaches to execute mental toughness on the field.
But hey, if we were looking for some fuel to get fired up, Michigan's foot in our ass should be plenty of for everyone.
GO AZTECS!!
