How could he be able to play this year? I don't think he could. He can't. When you transfer from one D-1 school to another, you have to sit out a year.

A couple of years ago I read that the NCAA would make it easier for athletes in Football to transfer if they had completed their degrees. I took that to mean four year. I guess they have extended that to AA's as well.
