suggest the coaches keep recruiting until they get something in writing- never know if coach Self or some one similar starts prowling. We have 2 scholarships left. 1 guy over 6'8. They should recruit this guy. Can we announce him at the TCU game and drive him around in a gull wing? He should throw out the first pitch at the Padres game. Hahaha good one!! Always helps out if they can throw out the first pitch at a Padres game ;D

Considering he's staying out east for prep school, he'll likely complete 1 semester at the prep and enroll back into St Johns. If he was headed to westwind or la jolla prep we might have had a shot. Unless he becomes crazy homesick .. or the Big East disbands, we should probably move on to the next recruit.

He has far too many credits to make up to be eligible at any time this year.

He has far too many credits to make up to be eligible at any time this year. I thought all he needs was 3 classes ... possibly less depending on the conference?

Pray for a harsh North-Eastern winter! harsh NE winter is redundant meanwhile the next dominant basketball recruit to chose a college based on its weather will be the first - Kansas? Kentucky? UConn? Carolina?
