Anyone got one (or more) circled? Laramie, Provo, Albuquerque, and Ft. Worth.
For me:
You won't catch me in Provo. Laramie is a day before my birthday, and we never win there. DFW is a great town, but we won't win there either.
So by the process of elimination, looks like I'm leaning towards the ABQ. Easy flight in on game day- tailgate, fly out on Sunday early, home in time for a surf and the late NFL game. Not to mention we have a good shot at the win.

I'm thinking about making that ABQ trip as well. I have family out there so it's just another excuse to make the trip.

I have been to Provo on a roadie (although it was basketball).
It was beautiful. And a very impressive campus and Athletic venues.

Nice enough city. Depending on the season, Park City is awesome as well. Provo is fine... I would think the thing to do would be to stay in SLC or Park City and just be in Provo for the game itself. 90% of the Borg don't bother me, in fact they tend to be quite nice. The other 10% are among the most arrogant, condescending people on the planet. A little creative trash-talking tends to put them in their place pretty quickly though, at least some of the time.

Not MWC, but I will be attending the game in Las Cruces vs. New Mexico St. on Sept 11. Hoping to see two wins before heading into Mizzou.

Miami isn't that good but Princeton and IUPUI had real good records last year. They could be good games. But all the games I will see involve one really good team IUPUI - Went 25-11 in 2009-10, advancing to the title game of the Summit League tournament and the quarterfinals of the College Basketball Invitational. Princeton - Went 22-9, finished second in the Ivy League, and advanced to the semifinals of the College Basketball Invitational. Similar seasons from them would make those great RPI games.

Not specified enough. It is a MWC roadie since a MWC team is on the road.

As all my games are "road" games, aside from catching as many games in SD as I can, got Los Cruces booked for a one man road trip, (love the southwest and that Indian gaming). Will catch ABQ and as the wife is from the Arlington area, she's taking me for my boitday to TCU, (that's why I love her). And living in SLC, BYU is a given.
I hope I see some wins on the "road".

Wouldn't you think that I'd include ALL MWC destinations for basketball instead of the 4 that just happen to be road games for football? Also, at this time of year, what do you think people are getting geared up for, basketball or football? C'mon Bill, yer probably pulling my leg, because I know you're smarter than that. gimme a break. OP is obviously about football. I read your post carefully and it seemed like basketball to me. I am pulling your leg but notice we went from "obviously about football" to having to compare the cities you left off your list to the football schedule. And there are a lot of fans getting geared up for basketball too - the pre-seasons coincide. The only MWC football roadie I have ever done is UNLV, twice. I didn't have a good time we lost both and the wind blew as much as the games. Maybe I will wait for Bosie State to be in the MWC, because I heard they have the best weather in the MWC.

Well, with your first post, I think you acknowledged that it was about football. " Not MWC and not football but I am thinking about seeing 3 games in 3 days in Ohio." Also, I think BB pre-season starts in October? Halfway through the the football REGULAR season? But yes, people are excited for hoops- for good reasons. I am pulling your leg but notice we went from "obviously about football" to having to compare the cities you left off your list to the football schedule. And there are a lot of fans getting geared up for basketball too - the pre-seasons coincide.

If you're really energetic and want a very cheap roadie I think you could walk from the airport to the stadium in Albuquerque. I got a rental car in 1996, the only time I've gone there, and racked up less than 10 miles which included some wandering around. It was one of my rare road wins.
My roadie this year is... 9-17...Padres @ Cardinals 9-18...Aztecs @ Missouri 9-19...Giants @ Colts
