Football players might want to put the X-Box down and get out from under the AC the next couple days and start getting a feel for what it's going to be like in the midwest in mid-September.

Kind of strange now. In Poway it's 95 but you can hear thunder coming from the east and see clouds building up. A bit muggy. I'm sure I'll be sweating up a storm in my non-covered seat at the Mizzou game.

Today we have wet heat as it is well over 100 degrees and now raining like a monsoon! ;D Now all you need is a bar of soap to cut down on your water bill.
