The Bronco's and the Team Owner (Pat Bollen?) sent a representative to speak and offer their respect towards Don Coryell. Very classy and done extremely well. He (sorry that our newspaper did not mention his name) mentioned that he was a former Denver db who spent countless hours in the film room trying to beat Air Coryell. Very touching and all with class. Well done and Thank You Denver.

The only team to send a rep. Very classy indeed. I have a new found respect for their owner.

We've sent the Broncos some pretty good players over the years.

Never presume to know why someone might decide to skip a funeral. It's too personal a subject to assume anything. =Bob

We've sent the Broncos some pretty good players over the years. Let's not forget "Too Strong" Boyd. My best friend and I were GAs in grad school and he monitored a poli sci 101 test in a class that Greg was in. Dude walked up with him test when he finished and my friend said he just kept looking higher and higher before his eyes found Boyd's face. Of course, he was drafted and played for New England first, but I still remember him playing for the Broncos and damn, he was big! =Bob
