In their two big Global Warming decisions, the Supreme Court changed their stance on global warming considerably.
In 2007 decision:
The harms associated with climate change are serious and well recognized.
In 2011 decision:
The Court, we caution, endorses no particular view of the complicated issues related to carbon dioxide emissions and climate change
This is a reflection of all the new science that has made believing in CO2 as the main driver of global warming a much more shaky position.
