According to this rivals article, we have offered him: Juan Anderson, SG, Oakland Rebels- It didn't take long for the 6-foot-5 swingman from Castro Valley (Calif.) High to blow up. It wasn't without reason, either. Not only is he tall, he's got an excellent base and fluid athleticism. He handles the ball, has exceptional hands and can really score between the rim and 17 feet. His shot isn't bad out to the three point line, but he does develop a minor hitch as he gets out a little deeper. He now sports offers from Arizona State, Cal, San Diego State, Utah State, Weber State, Murray State, Portland, San Francisco, UC Davis, Northern Colorado and Santa Barbara. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1101104Here are other links: rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Juan-Anderson-98713insider.espn.go.com/ncb/recruiting/tracker/player?recruitId=102064&action=login&appRedirect=http%3a%2f%2finsider.espn.go.com%2fncb%2frecruiting%2ftracker%2fplayer%3frecruitId%3d102064hscalifornia.scout.com/a.z?s=153&p=8&c=1&nid=4842095

Don't forget Billy White was listed at 6'7 185 in high school and turned out to be one of the best PF's we have had here. If this kid grows another inch or 2 .. he is exactly what we need. And we still don't know what we have in Alec Williams and Leonard will likely not stay 4 years, so we might need depth at F sooner than you think.

If Leonard leaves we also need a SF. When you are replacing 7 players you need everything.

Plus, Fisher has been flexible and the NCAA is about putting the best players on the court you can not necessarily finding perfect pieces to some system. We likely don't need to add more point guards, but anybody else, come on in and if they are athletic and good enough we'll be fine. If we have 7 spots opened up, I wouldn't be surprised if we're using some of those on schollys as finding 7 high schoolers to commit to us might be tough to get quality across the board.

He played great in Indy today.
TJ Taylor is his teammate on his team the Oakland Rebels.
We have somebody in Indy right now as well.

Leonard leaving would be 6. He stays (I think he will be here for his JR year), we lose 5 after this season. When X Thames transferred in we had 14 on scholarship, Tyrone left so we are back at 13. Next year we must replace: Carlwell Thomas White Gay Cheriet If Leonard leaves we also need a SF. When you are replacing 7 players you need everything.

Gotta love your optimism - you get the SteveAztec award! How about if AWill grows two inches to become the next Karl Malone? Or Franklin comes in two inches bigger to be another Leonard? The last Aztec I can remember growing much was Walton who went from about 6'6 or so to 6'9" so Fish could call hime the "center" and then shrank back to 6'7" to return to forward. All time grower has to be Robinson at Navy who somehow got into the academy under their 6'6" rule and then sprouted to 7'. Hey, maybe Gay will beef into the next power point guard - he did "gain" about 10lb last year.
