Thankfully, even if near midnight and in Europe and with an autopen, the President signed another 4 year extension of the Patriot Act. A far cry from his candidacy, he listened to strong advocate Sen Diane Feistein who has been a strong backer since it's inception. I hope the Move-on/Soros/Code Pink Left can understand his legitimate flip-flop on this from Candidate Obama is all about our security and the realization that the phony hype about losing our freedom was just that - phony. This law has protected ours without ceding our own rights and freedoms, contrary to what odd-balls like Rand Paul say.
