Read specifically page 2 and 3 of this court order authored by a Utah Judge who had an employee of the Federal Govt LIE under OATH in his courtroom, then the Fed Atty's argue that agents of the Federal Govt have the freedom to lie under oath in court: wikispooks.com/w/images/b/b5/DOJ_Says_It_Can_Lie_Under_Oath.pdfDo people still believe this entire system is 'free' and aboveboard and have faith in their govt.

In 1954 my father had written 300 pages of an expose' about the horrific handling of the Samoan Islands (No medical care for six decades, No schools, No improvement of infrastructure, No health and sanitation enforcement, Absolutely nothing to benefit the islands or improve them.
Dad called the book, "American Samoa, America's Stepchild in the South Pacific."
Dad locked the book and all of his research and other valuable items in his secure closet in the house and flew to Chicago to visit with me and my sister. My mother had taken us and fled back to Chicago in 1953 and divorced my father under grounds of "Extreme Cruelty" because she (a refined city girl) had been forced to live on that God Forsaken Island with all of those savages. Mom was not into savage dances as she preferred Opera, Plays, Theater, Classical Music, expensive clothes and Refinement, none of which was available in Samoa.
At any rate, when Dad returned, he found that the closet had been broken into. The doors were broken off of their hinges to gain entry, but instead of the numerous valuable items the only thing missing was his typewritten book and all of his research papers.
I'll give you one guess as to who stole all that work.

Was it The Butler? The Plantiffs prevailed. Justice was served in this case.

Yes. Under the right circumstances a government employee can legally lie under oath. I once lied under an oak.
