Was just reading about this $900M development SC is planning next to their campus www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-uscvillage-20100703,0,4059714.story and it reminded me that I haven't heard Word-One about the development at the Montezuma-College intersection in months. Any of you insiders have the latest??

Plaza Linda Verde I believe was supposed to start next summer along with the new student union.

Without private investment, any development at SDSU will take place at a snail's pace particularly given the current economy.

there are a couple apartments going up on Hardy/lindo & 55th, right across from the alumni center. They are working at good pace and I can see the apartments being ready for the spring semester.
and then there are apartments going on just down the street from that site on lindo and campanille.
other than that, there arent any other construction going on
