Saw Marcus Slaughter and Mo Abukar yesterday on campus at the ARC. Nice to see them visit their old haunting grounds.

are the Aztecs trying to recruit one of Slaughters relatives, if so what is his feeling towards Fisher and the program

are the Aztecs trying to recruit one of Slaughters relatives, if so what is his feeling towards Fisher and the program I believe 6'7 PF recruit Damiene Cain is his nephew or cousin. Not sure what his thoughts are about the program, but he visited the campus a few months ago and I believe we are still on his list. He's a tough, hardworking kid and I believe his grades are fantastic (he would like to go to Stanford if offered). He's not crazy athletic and he is slightly undersized for a PF/C, but he outworks everyone he plays against ... and would probably be a 3-4 year starter for us. Cain's AAU teammate Greg Sequele is also supposedly considering SDSU. That kind of the way big programs operate. Their former players always come back in the summer.
