The Punaho Pothead has requested a budget in 2011 that amounts to a $1.6 Trillion deficit.
If you confiscate ALL of the wealth of the top 156 of the richest American's you net $1 Trillion
The Defense budget is approx. $650 Billion. Eliminate the Defense department entirely. Every bullet. Every pair of Skivvies. Destroy every ship. Fire every soldier and civilian DoD worker. Make them community organizers or something. Demolish the Pentagon and sow the earth with salt such that NOTHING will ever grow back.
I did it! I'm a freakin' Libtard genius! Give me the Nobel prize in Economics AND the peace prize!
Of course, FY2012 is another story. I'll let some other genius figure it out, just to you know, spread the wealth around.

Well, Win, I wanted to make the cut off at 120 years ago, but too many people told me that was too severe. They said you have to do it in stages and take ten percent at a time. So, to get rid of the bottom ten percent, we should sterilize anybody with an IQ below 90. After a generation we can raise that number to 93 and then 94 and then 95 and slowly work our way up to 120. When we reach 120 as our minimum, the average IQ will probably be close to 140. What a beautiful world that will be. No more dummies acting as parasites on society. My guess is that the average I.Q. would be somewhat lower than 140 if the change occurred overnight. If you assume that a genius, 140, is probably, 99.95th(?) percentile (probably higher) of current populations, 132 is 98th percentile and 120 is about 90th percentile, most people will be nearer 120 than 140. So, I guess an I.Q. of 120 would constitute maybe 90% of the new population and 140 would still be only about 1%. You are going to net out in the low 120s. But, I hate math. Then, old buddy, you get regression to the mean (same overall genetics you know) which recreates the bell curve in an undetermined number of generations to a new and as now undetermined new average. |
