I thought the lack of understanding of the constitution was a liberal thing. As a liberal congressman told me to my face when I asked a pointed question, "the constitution changes". |

Yep, constantly changing as long as the courts can interpret it in light of cultural change, and they do that routinely. Thus there are overturned judgments as the years go by. |
