This kid reminds me of Kyle Spain. "He is originally from Michigan." He must know about Fish's exploits pretty well. Oldie Out

Does not the head coach from MI attend our basketball games. Then we have Fisher and Hoke. We have a shot.

I think the key to getting this guy is going to be where/if Kawhi gets drafted. It might be the best thing to ever happen to the Program if Leonard has an incredible year and becomes a lottery pick so other top recruits see they can come here and develop into NBA prospects.

Also in attendance most (or all games) is a friend of Steve Fishers, who was one of the top High School coaches in Michigan for years. I believe he is retired now.

I'm torn about that. I agree, but it would mean I only get to see him for two years.

WOW! JF loves to DUNK the Basketball and he plays with a lot of energy! Unfortunately, I have to wonder about his competition. I saw a lot of his opponents standing around with no idea about how to play basketball.
Nevertheless, I can't wait to watch him soar over MWC Foster, Washburn, Gordon and others when he takes Court for the Aztecs! I re-call a player in Nor-Cal, Damon Powell, who reminds me of Jamaal Franklin. Damon Powell was an incredible dunker who had crazy hops for guy 6'5. His HS Team was McClymonds.
Bottomline, with his energy and athlecticism, Jamaal is going to get some PT! Watching JF, reminds me of a young Billy White with a jumper.
