1) TCU 2) Utah 3) BYU 4) AFA 5) SDSU 6) Wyo 7) CSU 8) UNLV 9) UNM Brady may shock us & takeout Air Farce this year! This is a solid prediction, including 5 for us. Looking at the list, depending on how things go, I could see us going anywhere from 3-7. If we stay healthy 3 or 4 definitely isn't out of the question.

Duly noted. I never was too good at arithmetic. What school "learned" you?

I hope this thread is still here in August after I get a look at the new OLs. Our possible 6-6 improvement clearly rests on Gauld, Unga and Bolanos being, as Brian Sipe put it, " real football players" . The future of Aztec football rests in this staff finally making the recruiting breakthrough it will take for us tobe competitive.

Driving this morning, I surfed the sports talk stations here in SLC and happened upon a couple of clowns comparing BYU's conf home schedule beginning in 2011 verses what will be Utah's home conf schedule. Comparing future conf opponents it was obvious they were dissing BYU's schedule, (including State), compared to the "big boys" Utah will play.
As aggrevating as it was to hear this, if the MWC is really going to make a move, then the bottom feeders in this conference needs to start stepping up to the plate.
I have pledged a concerted effort to support Coach Hoke and his program and I will put my full support behind the notion that this team will show obvious improvement this year.
I don't appreciate my school being made a laughing stock, especially by a couple of hacks on some small town jerk water radio station. But it is time that our conference effectively competes beyond just the same top four schools, especially SDSU.
Don't let me down Coach Hoke.

Plus I'm proud to have USD and UCSD stickers on my car. I'm thinking about placing some USD stickers in proper places in Mission Beach and PB soon.

Actually, the OL as a whole needs to improve in order for Lindley to continue his growth and improvement. A RB or two also needs to emerge. On D, we need improved CB play. Of course, that has a give and take relationship with the pass rush.

Basketball, Boilin' Mad gets his ass handed to him often especially on the road!
AZTEC fans give Boilin' an appropriate sendoff as they chant:"Get off the Court!" as Boilin' & the utes leave the floor in Viejas Arena!
GO AZTECS!
