One of the reasons I wasn't too sad about Jake Peavy being traded was his delivery and the strain it put on his arm. Peavy start gets pushed backHopefully for Jake, whom I like, this isn't the start of another long term problem.

Other than money this was the biggest reason he was traded The trade was a blessing for the Padres. I doubt you could find many Padres fans who would unwind that trade.

Last 4 starts: 6/05 7 Inn 2 ER 6/11 7 Inn 2 ER 6/19 9 Inn 0 ER 6/25 7 Inn 0 ER He is on a 21 inning scoreless streak. It is good for pitchers we trade to do well. That way teams won't think Petco Park is the only reason our pitchers do well. We need teams to value our pitching enough to trade for them.

Wow what a shocker (not!). Great pitcher but happy the Pads were able to traded him.
