Citations are definitely important. Quotations, if short, should be okay. However, if the quoted material is from a site that requires a paid membership, things could get sticky. I suggest paraphrasing in that case. Mentioning that Sanchez is rated 3-Stars by Rivals seems okay to me since anyone using greysuit's posted URL can get that information for free, anyway.
This business of what is and what is not legal when quoting from copyrighted sources is, sadly, not an exact science. Caution is therefore advised.
