They have a legit shot at the Rose Bowl and an outside shot to play in the NC game. That is where I would go too.

If I were him, I'd go play for Spurrier at Univ. of South Carolina.

EDIT: He mentions a possible destination as Boise, which returns all 22 starters from last year's 14-0 team. If they get by Va Tech and Oregon State to start the year, Boise should have a high BCS ranking and a legit shot to play in the National Championship game (since the rest of their WAC schedule is garbage).

This brings up a good question. If say, 10 juniors leave prior to this season will SC be able to offer 25 scholarships next year instead of the 15 they were restricted to because the NCAA only said 75 total scholarships for the next three years.

No, that is the worst part about the scholarship reductions. No matter how many players leave, for whatever reason, they can only add 15 players maximum per year. They could be down to 60 player or less roster at the end of the 3 years. In fact their spring practice may be down the 30's or 40's.
