We have to win and win big next season if we expect to get a look from these kids.

this is major year for the football team . Until we are considered to be a top team in conference and bowl bound with regularity, seems most local guys may put us an number two on their list. Coaches need to make their solid quality contact but spend their valuable time with players -who are honestly considering SDSU as number 1 choice.

Had no idea Dillon was that high profile of a recruit.

Wow, he's 6'5'' and runs a 4.4? No way a 6'5" high school kid runs a 4.4. That's just silly. Marshall Faulk, Deon Sanders and Az Hakim ran 4.4's. It's OK to say he's 6'5" and can run with decent speed. But 4.4? Really? Put the crack pipe down. Who's in charge of the stuff on these recruiting websites?

Lindley is also a local stud QB from East County. Sipe has been there and done it when it comes to Div 1 football and NFL. Andy Ludwig runs a pro style offense and has done it at the highest stages in college football. All this in America's Finest city. Dillon at SDSU makes all the sense.

Had no idea Dillon was that high profile of a recruit. Hmmm, it says last year he threw for just over 400 yards with LESS than a .500 completion percentage. This guy must be a Forrest Gump like runner to garner this much attention with those kind of stats. And Christian doesn't exactly play the big boys of the County either.

Wow, he's 6'5'' and runs a 4.4? Did we even offer him yet? I'm calling it right now that this will be another Christian Heyward scenario happening. Could he be another Darren Mougey type of player? Joe, I think you better put on your glasses. Your own link says he runs a 4.6.

They may not play the "big boys" because of their division, but they put up a ton of points against a state champion Bishop's team. Dillon threw for 458 yards the first time against them.

Joe, I think you better put on your glasses. Your own link says he runs a 4.6. It was 4.4s in the original link. They have since changed it to 4.6s when they added the Aztecs as one of the team that he's interested in. For a QB to have 4.6 speed that is still really fast. I mean WR fast. Check the video below. He's already practicing on the Aztecs field. The kid is practically in our back yard. Ohio State offered him because his QB coach used to play for Tressel at Youngstown State. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWdt1flF5ggen.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Whitfield_Jr.
