More and more it is clear that the Democrats were so eager to pass a health care bill, virtually any health care bill, that they did not do their due diligence when crafting it. Their response to the Florida decision shows that they were incompetent when the bill was written.

Ironic that they had a severability clause in the bill and then took it out. Still would be unconstitutional, but with a better chance.
