I've been attending state games since the sports arena days. I was one of the 1500 people in attendance. Were you? If you want to give your tickets away, you're a better man than me. Btw I started the auction at face value.

Hmmmmmmm. Basically, this is a for profit business transaction that's being advertised here on AztecMesa. I thought that wasn't allowed here. This thread shouldn't just be locked, it should be deleted.

Welcome to a big time sports school. For those her are offended by selling tickets over face value, stop. This happens at any university with sports tradition! It's just further proof that we have, indeed, arrived.

Count me on the side that says it's great that our hoops tickets are worth that much!
I hope you use the proceeds to buy 10 FB season tix and scalp those too!
The bandwagon has arrived , hope all of SD jumps on!

Shouldn't the fact that these tickets are in such demand excite you about what our team has become? I'm pissed that I am missing this game and would never think of selling them if I didn't have a business obligation. If you only knew how many football and basketball tickets I have given away for free over the years, you wouldn't be hating.

I won't comment on the part about people scalping their tickets. If they put them up for sale on e-bay or whatever, then so be it. But I don't feel that anybody should have the right to come on here and advertise that they're scalping tickets. This board isn't to be used as a moneymaking advertising medium.

. If you only knew how many football and basketball tickets I have given away for free over the years, you wouldn't be hating. Whooop-de-do. It isn't about how long you've been a fan, or how nice a guy you might be. The bottom line is, you're using this board as an advertising medium for a money-making deal. That's not what this board is about. (At least, I didn't think it was).

In order to make yourself and others feel better, why don't you donate a goodly % of your "profit" to the Aztec Club scholarship fund?

Great for you Seagulljr... not hating on you a bit....but I didn't think it was legal to sell your tix for a profit. Couldn't you get in trouble, by the "ticket police" or something for doing this?

I'm sure there are a few Aztecs fans on here who appreciate that they still have the opportunity to find tickets.

I'm a season ticket holder residing in Salt Lake City. I rarely get to see games and usually sell my tickets to the dude who sits next to me. This year I intended to go to the BYU game and kept those seats but it ain't happenin'. So, you want to see the game close up from just above Guchi Row? Watch for my seats on eBay shortly. Oh, and there will be a high reserve price!
