Looks like Chargers need to win out and have the Chiefs lose one(or 2) to make the playoffs. If they both finish 10-6, who holds the tiebreaker?

What is it? Division or Conference record? Or either?

What is it? Division or Conference record? Or either? Yep, both are 2-3 with 1 game to play in division, SD is 1 game better at 6-4 against the AFC

Within the division, the division record is the second tie-breaker and conference record is fourth. In between it's the record against common opponents and the Chargers lead there, too.
However, Kansas City HAS to lose for the Chargers to get in. As I'm writing this the Chiefs lead Tennessee, 31-7, at halftime. Assuming KC wins that only leaves KC vs Oakland as the last chance for the Chiefs to lose.
