Last season Jude had 2 receptions for a total of 5 yards
in three years does he have maybe 10 receptions

Jude played for 5 years at USC - 33 games - with 12 total receptions - yes last season was his best played in 11 games with 2 receptions If he did not have USC as his former school would you be that excited about him - ? or could he be a great blocking TE ?

Not sure why I'm getting attacked for being excited about a guy coming into our program. I'm excited because he was the 5th ranked TE in his class according to 24/7 sports, 8th best TE in his class according to ESPN.com, he's 6'5 250, and a 4 star recruit. And yes, obviously I'd rather get transfers from USC than a Weber State because it shows they have the talent level to make it to USC. They just didn't pan out there for whatever reason Maybe he doesn't pan out here either, but at least he has physical talent and tools to have a high ceiling I doubt Redman would have been a star TE at USC over the last few years too

At the very least, his commitment continues the momentum of enthusiasm surrounding the program which is fueled by the presence of four-star players as it shows that top notch players want to be part of the action here. Even if he doesn't pan out, the positive image of players like him coming here is crucial not only for our current fans but also for prospective 4 and 5 star athletes considering joining us in the future. Plus, he possesses the skills that could potentially make a significant impact on the football field. I'm genuinely looking forward to him, it's yet another example of our program heading in the right direction.

Maybe this will help, Stan understand a little better.

I too hope he does well but have to realize that so far Jude has not been as effective as his HS ratings . Not sure if he is being looked at as a blocking TE or what ?
Was there also suppose to be a TE from Colorado that played for the new SDSU HC
I was not trying to burst your enthusiastic bubble but we have seen numerous guys who are highly rated HS players that fizzle when they hit college but we hope they will have a turn around year once they get to SDSU
