Yeah, the person on the radio said that they were hearing that it might be a defense that Trump might use and the interviewer felt that it wouldn't hold up as a defense, but didn't seem certain, so I came on here to ask the question. That simple. It's very similar to the documents case and why they wouldn't try a declassification defense in an actual trial. This shite won't hold up in court. Drumpf and Meadows were acting outside their federal responsibilities. Jeffrey Clark was also out of bounds messing in election issues. Sorry, but you are going down!

America Needs to Come to Terms With the Real Possibility That Former President Trump Goes to Jail — If We Can"As the criminal charges against former President Donald Trump grow to 91 (so far), the odds that he serves prison time are more likely than ever before." "We’ve never seen charges like these against a former president because we’ve never seen a former president so freely flout the long-accepted norms of how the commander-in-chief is supposed to behave. Elect a disruptor who flouts decorum, and decorum he will flout, even to an allegedly criminal coup-like level." " Trump has an extremely loyal base of supporters, some as fervent in their support of their leader as any extremist supporting the Ayatollah in Iran." "Not only are Trump supporters prone to violent rioting fueled by the rhetoric of the former president." "Suppose conservative media cannot see how potentially grave the situation...." "In that case, the responsibility for any violence, bloodshed, or even death, lays at their feet." www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/america-needs-to-come-to-terms-with-the-real-possibility-that-former-president-trump-goes-to-jail-if-we-can/ar-AA1fpemJ?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=37f1d7816ae9434891e5fdefe3ba6308&ei=11

A this point , their business model ignites the crazy right. There is no other way for them to make money. They would die without it....and they know it. Look at panicked texts sent by Hannity, Ingraham etc. during January 6. They know it's dangerous and bull$#!+, but they don't have a job taking any other stance.

One of the conditions of Trump's bond was to not intimidate or threaten any potential witnesses or people connected to the trial. That didn't last two days.

Some people might think he's innocent and a victim of the between collaboration of the Dumbocratic deep state and the "tainted" Black Fani Willis...I mean all he said was two Black women election officials were using heroin and crack while counting ballots...some people might think that to be perfectly credible...with all the Black stereotypes/racist social construction and all...right John?...not that you do of course....

That's....a crime. Read the indictment. Rigging votes? Yes, that's a crime if it happened. Doesn't seem as though it did. But, it seems as though you're saying to ask someone to find those rigged votes is a crime, as well. That seems sketchy, but ok. I'll read the indictment in full. So, what was your assessment??

You're in trouble.

I’m sure you Dems hate this guy, however he lays out the democratic history and current agenda. You are right, I hate this humorless toad. He conveniently skews his argument to make the magas feel better about themselves, ie: the Civil War. Lyndon Johnson signed the Civil rights Act in 1964. The vote: 47 dem Senators for, 30 Republicans for. The House: 221 Dems for to 112 Republicans for.
