Neither side.
Russia is winning the war but they've shot their economy in the foot and civil unrest in Russia is rising. Who knows what the future holds for Russia's economy.
Ukraine hasn't quite lost yet, and many of their citizens were able to flee, but their cities are being reduced to rubble, and who knows what
Stalin Putin has planned for the survivors once they occupy the country.

Seems pretty clear that Russia is losing both the propaganda war (the Naziism by Putin) and the war on the ground, suffering more losses already than during the entire Soviet-Afghan conflict. Putin's proven to be a terrible military strategist, and unfortunately his own citizens will pay the price for that.

IMO, the Russian truck/miltary vehicle manufacturer. He will be busy and should make a lot of useless rubles.
