Long-time lurker that has a random ticket question. For road games would SDSU get a specific allotment of tickets for the game so Aztec fans can sit together? If so, would you have to be an Alum to purchase tickets? I'm actually a CSU San Marcos grad, but became an Aztec bball fan when I moved to San Diego in 2000.
I moved with my wife to Michigan several years ago, and live about 30 minutes from Ann Arbor, so was extremely stoked to see this game pop up on the schedule. Would be cool to sit with other Aztec fans, but definitely not going to miss this one regardless!
Appreciate any insight that can be provided.

They'll only be able to fill player/coach family requests, nothing more. Typically, for neutral site games such as for the Wooden & the game in Phoenix vs. SMC Aztec Club members (i.e. donors, season ticket holders) get a pre-release on seats ahead of non-members. Doesn't matter if you're an alum (I'm not), only that you have invested in the program. For normal road games, such as Utah St, UNR, etc., they do typically get section which varies in size between venues. But they're not great seats. Usually back 10-15 rows near a corner. You're better off going through the other schools website and/or someone like Stubhub. That's what I did for U Michigan.
