CBS Sports Dennis Dodd gives Jim Harbaugh a 5 as he claims that his seat is getting warmer at Michigan.
Dennis says: Not to pile on but these seem to be the final for Harbaugh at Michigan. An excellent coach just hasn't lived up to expectations, some of them set by him. Every game from here on out is referendum on where Michigan and Harbaugh are headed. You know the numbers: The 1-3 record is the worst start since 1967. Harbaugh is 1-6 against Michigan St. and Ohio St.: 1-5 overall in the last six games: 14-11 after November 1 at Michigan.
Unless, he turns things around quickly this could be his last season with the Wolverines.

Yes, his seat has been warm for a while, but it got HOT when they lost to Indiana.
Harbaugh is a strange dude, the program lacks identity, his recruits don't seem to fit a scheme, they've never finished higher than third in their B10 division, they are 1-5 in bowl games under Harbaugh, they can't beat OSU and M.State, and they are losing badly this year. Otherwise he's got a decent record there, with three 10-win seasons, one 9-win season, and one 8-win season.

That is the main reason they hired him, because they wanted a coach who could defeat the Buckeyes. Even Hoke, our current coach, beat Ohio St. one time.
