What a way to start your season! Leach brought his offense to Death Valley, and his QB, Costello, sets a SEC record with 623 yds. passing and 5 TD's as the Bulldogs upset No.6 LSU, 44-34. They even played some good defense as they held the Tigers inside their 5 yard line, and kept them out of the end zone forcing a FG instead. His receivers were too slippery and fast for the LSU defense to stop. Don't know if they can keep this up, but it looks like he has very determined players who don't give up easily!

I'm an MSU fan, and a Costello fan. LSU lost a lot of players, but MSU looks really good with some exciting players. Should be fun.

As someone who can't stand Leach it's been interesting & entertaining to watch him fall flat the last 2 weeks. Unbelievably bad performance over the week & in typical Leach fashion he's throwing his team under the bus (need to "purge" the roster after saying Costello & crew were the most talented he's coached after week 1).
I feel for Zach. Leach has a habit of throwing his DC's under the bus as well, and even forced out Claeys when he was at WSU. Zach's about the only good thing going for MSU right now.
